Thanks to the presence of the Chardonnay, the wine is intensely aromatic and full-bodied, with a profusion of flowery notes over a fruity background (very ripe peaches) and a hint of fennel. On the palate the wine has a long aftertaste and is silky with an elegant fullness. A touch of vanilla in the finish is indicative of the wine´s short ageing in French oak.
